Les commentaires sont singuli\u00e8rement tourment\u00e9s sur la question. Quelques-uns voient la le\u00e7on\u00a0\u1f00\u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03c7\u1f74\u03bd comme une \u00ab\u00a0lecture savante\u00a0\u00bb qui aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite par r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Jacques 1.18 et Romains 16.5 (cf. <a href=\"http:\/\/books.google.fr\/books?id=JvW3NwAACAAJ\">B. Rigaux, <em>Saint Paul &#8211; Les \u00c9p\u00eetres aux Thessaloniciens<\/em>, Paris, Gabalda, 1956, p.682<\/a>\u00a0; cf. Osty\u00a0<em>ad loc<\/em>.). D&rsquo;autres affichent le support des \u00c9critures pour les deux le\u00e7ons: \u00ab\u00a0<em>comme pr\u00e9mices<\/em>\u00a0: cf. Ro 8:23; Ro 11:16; Ro 16:5; 1Co 15:20,23; 1Co 16:15; Ja 1:18; certains mss portent d\u00e8s le commencement\u00a0; cf. 1Co 2:7; Ep 1:4; Ph 4:15; Col 1:26.\u00a0\u00bb (Notes de la NBS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En fran\u00e7ais, je n&rsquo;ai trouv\u00e9 que la NBS, la Bible de la liturgie, la Pl\u00e9iade et la Bayard pour retenir la le\u00e7on\u00a0\u1f00\u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03c7\u1f74\u03bd. C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;occasion de rappeler qu&rsquo;il faut toujours v\u00e9rifier non seulement quel texte une version traduit (ex. TOB le Nestle-Aland dans sa 25e \u00e9d.), mais aussi avec quelque m\u00e9thode (m\u00e9thode \u00ab\u00a0diplomatique\u00a0\u00bb : reproduction exacte du texte; ou m\u00e9thode \u00e9clectique par l&rsquo;analyse des arguments internes et externes).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Concernant les \u00e9ditions grecques,\u00a0\u00a0le Texte Re\u00e7u, Alford, Tischendorf, Westcott et Hort, Tregelles, Nestle (1904) portent \u1f00\u03c0&rsquo; \u1f00\u03c1\u03c7\u1fc6\u03c2\u00a0tandis que les \u00e9ditions plus r\u00e9centes lisent \u1f00\u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03c7\u1f74\u03bd : Merk, von Soden, SBL GNT, NA27\/28.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c0\u00a0mon avis (et bien que je consid\u00e8re les deux le\u00e7ons comme possibles),\u00a0\u1f00\u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03c7\u1f74\u03bd est l&rsquo;originale. Romains 16.5 et 1 Corinthiens 16.15,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; \u00a0les Thessaloniciens furent parmi les <em>premiers<\/em> convertis de Paul en Europe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Comme\u00a0\u1f00\u03c0&rsquo; \u1f00\u03c1\u03c7\u1fc6\u03c2 peut venir d&rsquo;une mauvaise lecture de\u00a0\u0391\u03a0\u0391\u03a1\u03a7\u0397\u039d ou, vice-versa \u1f00\u03c0\u03b1\u03c1\u03c7\u1f74\u03bd de\u00a0\u0391\u03a0\u0391\u03a1\u03a7\u0397\u03a3, on ne peut rien arguer de la forme antique des manuscrits r\u00e9dig\u00e9s en onciales sans espace. Et il est \u00e9vident qu&rsquo;aucun de ces motifs, pris isol\u00e9ment ou ensemble, ne suffisent \u00e0 garantir la lecture. Mais ce qui emporte mon adh\u00e9sion, c&rsquo;est le parall\u00e8le avec <strong>R\u00e9v\u00e9lation 14.4<\/strong> o\u00f9 il est question encore des \u00e9lus (au nombre symbolique de 144 000) comme <em>pr\u00e9mices<\/em>, ou <em>premiers<\/em>.
